About Me:
I live in the Santa Cruz mountains in Northern California, close enough to town for a good cup of tea, but far enough out that our nearest neighbor is two acres away. I write, read, and try to run/walk for exercise. I never have enough bookshelf space, ever.
What I Write:
I write fiction and nonfiction for children, as well as nonfiction for adults. I also write book reviews and freelance articles for newspapers and magazines. I'm currently revising a middle-grade mystery for kids.
Credits & Accomplishments:
I'm currently writing a book for Writer's Digest, The Writing Group Survival Guide, due out January, 2010.
Hobbies
I never know what to do with this space. I write and I read. I spend lots of time with my friends and family. And I don't think I'm as boring as that sounds.
Music:
I love electric blues guitar, like B.B. King. I also listen to a lot of folk music and motown. I'm always trying to find music that I can write to.
