Question: How do I create an account?

Answer: When visiting WritersMarket.com, a link to our signup page can be found in the upper right corner of the navigation bar. If you have trouble finding this link, visit: Community Sign Up. You must be logged in to WritersMarket.com in order to sign up for the community site.

Creating an account is a quick 3 step process.
Step 1: You will be asked to provide basic contact and profile information.
Step 2: Complete the sign-up process
Step 3: Build your site!

Question: I’m having problems creating an account

Answer: Please click here to send an email to customer support. Describe how far into the account creation process you were able to complete, as well as the error you received.

Question: I’m trying to log in but it keeps taking me to WritersMarket.com

Answer: Yes. You must be logged into WritersMarket.com in order to access the community site.

Question: Is this site free?

Answer: Yes! However, you must be a WritersMarket.com subscriber.

Question: How do I change my contact information?

Answer: Once you have successfully logged into your account select the Edit Profile tab along the top of your site (Note: Select the Edit Profile tab NOT the Profile tab). Now there will be a new navigation bar directly under the tabs. Select the Account link to update your contact information. Don’t forget to save your changes!

Question: How do I delete my account?

Answer: There is currently no option to delete your account.

Question: Why do you need to know my date of birth?

Answer: You need to be 13 years old to set up a profile on this site. We ask for you date of birth do ensure that you are of age.

Question: On the sign-up page, what is my URL address?

Answer: This is just the name of your personal site. It can be your name, a nickname, or whatever you want it to be. It can also be the same as your Username.
