Question: How do I upload a video to my page?
Answer: Once you have successfully logged into your account, select the Videos tab along the top of your site. Select the Upload Video option in the navigation bar under the tabs. Videos you wish to upload from your computer can be selected with the “Browse” button. Once you have finished selecting your videos and indicating what format you want, hit Finished! Upload Now!

Please note the following for your video uploads: Max upload size: 100MB Allow video types: mov, avi, mpg, mpeg, wmv, mp4, flv

Please note by clicking “Upload” you are affirming that the video that you are uploading does not contain nudity, sexually explicit content, violent or offensive material, or copyrighted images.

Question: How do I upload a picture to my page?
Answer: Once you have successfully logged into your account, select the Photos tab along the top of your site. Select the Upload Photo option in the navigation bar under the tabs. Photos you wish to upload from your computer can be selected with the “Browse for Files” button. One you have finished selecting your photos hit Start Upload

Please note the following about your photo uploads:
Max upload size: 2MB
Allowd photo types: jpg, gif

Please note by clicking "Start Upload" I affirm that the photo(s) I am uploading do not contain nudity, sexually explicit content, violent or offensive material, and are not copyrighted.

Question: Why is my image not uploading?
Answer: First, make sure that the image you are attempting to upload is in one of the formats accepted – jpg or gif. Next, make sure the filename is simple and short, with no spaces or funny characters. “Image.jpg” is an acceptable filename. Next, make sure the file is less than 2MB. We do not allow images over 2MB in size. If none of these tips help it’s possible that the image is corrupted.

Question: How do I change my default profile picture?
Answer: After you have successfully logged into your account, select the Edit Profile tab along the top of your site. Select the Change Profile Photo from the navigation bar under the tabs. From here you will be able to choose from between any of the photos you have previously uploaded to your galleries, or upload a new photo.

Question: What is the difference between Home and Profile?
Answer: Your “Home Page” shows the most recent activity on your site. It allows you to interact with users or groups you have joined, displays your calendar and any RSS feeds you have chosen to display. Your “Profile Page” shows how other users will see your profile.

Question: What is RSS?
Answer: RSS or Really Simple Syndication, is a group of web feed formats used to publish frequently updated digital content, such as blogs, news articles or podcasts.

Question: How do I add an RSS feed?
Answer: After you have successfully logged into your account, select the Home tab along the top of your site. Select RSS Feed Manager from the navigation bar under the tabs. You will then see a box to input an RSS URL. Please note a blog has to have RSS capability in order for you to subscribe to it. ie. If you go to Maria Schneider’s blog on WritersDigest.com there is a “Click to subscribe via RSS” link next to it. Click on that link and select the Embed this content on your site option. The RSS Feeder will then produce a URL. Simply copy and paste that URL into the RSS URL field on your home page of the community site and click the green plus button to add it.

Question: How do I update my profile?
Answer: After you have successfully logged into your account, select the Edit Profile tab along the top of the site. Here you will be able to edit all of your profile information.

Question: Can I edit or move a photo after uploading it to my galleries?
Answer: No. Images cannot be edited or moved between gallery folders once they have been uploaded. If you need to change a photo or move it to a new folder, you will need to download it, make your change, and upload it again.
