Hi, and thanks for the welcome! I think I would have said you're ahead of me since you've already tried submitting pieces, so good luck with that! And good luck as well with beginning your novel. For me, I spent almost 2 years writing it, and I'm still obsessively editing, but I think it's probably time to move on to submitting. I hope this site can really help with that!
