In a previous blog i had noted that i was a member of pitchtopia.org, thanks to a friend on Writers Market who tipped me off to it.

One of my friends on pitchtopia works for a publishing company, she had seen my pitch and asked me to consider sending it to her company.  I sent it a few days ago, awaiting the average response time of 30-90 days per the automatic generated response email i received.

Little did i know, the following afternoon, my inbox had a request for the full manuscript, and the person that had asked me to send it to the company, was the owner of the publishing company, as well as their lead editor.

How exciting!  You never know when you make a contact..what to expect.  With that said, I am very excited that i was able to send it on it's way to the company.  I am interested in what they will have to say.  I wish all of you luck on your projects as well.  I will keep you updated with any progress.
