About Me: I'm a Jill of All Trades whose careers have spanned the fields of technology, business, real estate, local government, and education. I've studied Greek, French, and Latin. I'm a little monastic, a lot Catholic. Oh, and I'm a writer.
What I Write: I have written mostly fantasy, science fiction, and even horror. My eye is towards childrens' fiction at the moment.
Credits & Accomplishments: I have an exceptional young man for a son. He is 18 and will be off to college next Fall. I am a graduate of Saint Andrews Presbyterian College. I am also a fourth grade (this year) teacher in a public elementary school.
Hobbies I enjoy cooking, traveling locally in search of sacred sites such as old churches, cemeteries, monasteries, and the likes. I like to take silly photographs of myself for web profiles, but I hate being photographed by others.

Favorite Television Shows: I don't watch very much television. When I do, it is usually the Disney Channel shows with my neice (Wizards of Waverly Place, That's So Raven, Hannah Montana). I like the George Lopez Show. Stephen Colbert is exquisite. I love Alton Brown's Good Eats on the Food Network.
Favorite Books & Authors: I seem to recall having adored James Joyce for a while in my early 20s. I also admire the writing of Dante, Milton, Homer, Dostoevsky, J.K. Rowling, Neil Gaiman, Thomas Wolfe, J.R.R. Tolkien, and Margaret Weiss and Tracy Hickman.
Favorite books include the Douay-Rheims Bible, an odd assortment of vegetarian cookbooks, the Imitation of Christ, works of Saints Ignatius, Theresa, Therese of Lixieux, Augustine, Benedict, and others.
