What I Write:
I've written numerous Op-Ed pieces for various newspapers and some columns on various issues for local magazines. Done a fair amount of political blogging. I've written short stories, flash fiction and have a novel half finished. I've won some small awards and contests for writing.
I recently made my first freelance sale, a history trivia piece for History Magazine. Onward!

I have a Master's Degree in Social Work and I've worked in the past as a paralegal, Advertising Media Planner and now work as a social worker for a state mental health agency.
