Thanks for the kind words, Janice. At least this world isn't as dark as New Life.

Thanks so much for your comment on my blog entry. Last night I registered for the writers' conference. I felt happy and excited as soon as I was done. They had a little ADA box on the form asking what assistance would be needed, and I wrote that if captioning was available, I wanted an email telling me the best place to sit in each room. I gave my email address right on the form, so I'm hoping I'll get a reply. I've taken some ASL, but it's worse than my lip-reading. Thanks for your encouragement.

Again thanks for the advice. I was planning on writing the sequel to the first one, but the idea for a different novel came up.... I heard that when you blovel you use your electronic rights and that is a bad thing. But I don't mind writing for free as long as people don't mind reading it. And as long as there is a benefit to it. My next project will either be the sequel or the blovel. So I will keep busy.

Thank you Janice. I will look around, but time seems to be an issue for me(3 kids with sports). I have heard other writers who attend groups. They sound very helpful. The online type seem to work well at the moment. But things do change!

Thank you so much Janice, I think posting that blog helped but what really made me feel better was the great support that I get from everyone here. I actually spent a few hours reading some things I had started years ago, and I fell in love with one of them all over again so I have started on that. I am so grateful to have everyone here, the support means a lot.

I never thought about my doctor, and that's a great idea, actually. He's a wonderful supportive person who might be able to give me some suggestions. And you are right. I refuse to try medicine unless she has seizures. There is no telling what the drugs will do to her, and she's only six.

Hey Janice, Thanks for the comment. As a matter of fact, I have been working on my memoir. I'm about 1/3 of the way to where I think I'm going with it.

Whether this ever makes it to a bookshelf or not, and I really believe it will, I am enjoying the heck out of the process.
