How to Increase Traffic to Your Blog?

Any ideas on how to increase traffic to your blog.
I have one blog, Living with CFS, that's got a pretty good following. I get about 30-50 visitors a day, and it's grown steadily over several years. But, I'm having trouble finding an audience for my two book blogs. Each of them only gets 3-4 visitors a day. What are some ways to draw interested readers to a blog?
