About Me:
Hey! Who am I? Good question. I am lots of things… My name is Kerilyn(Fox)Russo now as on September 26th, 2009 I married the man of my dreams!!! I’m a 34 year old New Year’s Eve baby. A tall drink of water (I’m 6′-1″). I grew up in NYC and NJ, with my younger sister, Kristine. I graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design (LOVE Savannah!) in 1999 and am a Systems Furniture Interior Designer by day (currently I am unemployed and looking to find my next place to land!) and an ever-searching soul for that which moves us, inspires us, and touches our insides. Well, that’s a 24/7 gig.
I am also a fledgling Greeting Card Designer whose intention is to help touch other people with my words and sentiment, hopeful to propel my cards into the stratosphere of possibility and wonderfulness!!! I am a novice photographer (specializing in self-portraits) and a searcher for fun things to do and to learn! I am a volunteer, and have been a part of the National Building Museum for years now (I work in the awesome Gift Shop) and LOVE being a part of something so great! I live in Arlington, Virginia (about 10 minutes from DC) with my Kindred Spirit/Chef/Love/Husband, Peter Russo and my wonderful kitty girl, Pez, who is my heart. I have a GREAT circle of friends who have helped make me who I am today… my cup runneth over. My faith is VERY important to who I am. I believe in Energy and Reincarnation, Meditation and Spirit, The Law of Attraction and Karma. I believe that EVERYTHING, even the things that are hard, that we might not understand, are all happening for a reason… and NEVER give up! There are many things that I am. They seem to change from day to day, month to month, and year to year. I have many aspirations in my life and am trying to work on bringing them to life; one at a time. Ancora Imparo means “I am still learning“. That is what it’s all about. Learning. We never stop learning… through our greatest triumphs, and our greatest challenges. That is the reason why we are all here.
