It's been one month since my last posting, and I have absolutely nothing to report.  Nothing is happening!  That's not exactly true.  I've spent the last month re-writing, and I've just finished....chapter 1.  Out of like ten thousand.  Anyway, I wanted to keep everyone updated because I'm sure countless souls out there couldn't get on with their day until they heard from me.  Maybe both of the people reading this will write back with some encouragement.

I checked with Verizon, and, yep...my phone is still working.  Turns out it just isn't ringing.  Imagine that. 

Don't write query letters at midnight.  And most definitely do not send them without re-reading them five times.  Needless to say, I found a bit of a flaw when I revisited it.  Life lesson, everybody.  Because Arabic numerals are just too embarrassing.

Uhhh....my phone still hasn't rung yet.  I even checked, and it does work.  This waiting around stuff wasn't in the brochure.

I winged it yesterday, scratching out an e-query and sending it off....and, strangely, my phone hasn't rung yet.  It must be broken.
